For over three decades Jetway Associates Ltd was a principle supplier of lifesaving equipment throughout the world, manufacturing and supplying the complete range of Berwyn Marine Hydrostatic Release Units.

There continues to be a niche market for the highly versatile Berwyn Mk7 Hydrostatic Release Units outside their original lifesaving role¢ as a release mechanism for underwater equipment such as transponders, cables and hoses.

The ability to regulate the release depth of these units, to meet our customer’s requirements of between 4 and 50 meters head of water and still retain the unit for future use (with the use of a buoyancy aid) has proved to be very cost effective.
