We do however acknowledge that we cannot undertake all engineering process in-house and that is where our well established Specialist Sub Contractors work in partnership with us to deliver a total service to our customers.
All our Sub Contractors carry quality accreditation in their own right or are audited and approved by our quality procedures, we can therefore confidently include the following services in our scope of supply:

Surface Treatments - Finishing / Protection:
All standard processes including Galvanising, Nickel & Zinc Plating, Anodizing, Hard Chrome Plating, “E”-coating of Aluminium Die Castings and Powder Coating.
Surface Treatments - Heat Treatment:
A full range of treatments available with resulting material conditions supported by nationally recognised certification.
Surface Treatments – Ground Finish:
Internal and External Cylindrical grinding operations using “centre” or “centre-less” techniques together with Surface and Lumston grinding capacity.
Laser Profiles:
Any profile can be produced either direct from customers CAD files or from “hard copy” drawings using Mild Steels, Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Plastics from .8mm : 15mm thick plate.
